Find My Customers (findmycustomers.net) is operated by Lew Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Find My Customers sells a one-time market research report: you fill out a short form about your business, pay, and receive a PDF report about your best customers and how to reach them. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us in the intake form

To build your report, we ask about your business, including:

• Your business name and what you sell
• Your business location (for example, city, county, or ZIP code) and the area you serve
• A description of your current customers and the customers you want to reach
• Your goals and your current marketing, such as which channels you use and roughly how much you spend on advertising
• Your name and email address, so we can deliver your report and contact you about your order

We use this information only to create and deliver your report, provide support, and keep records of your purchase.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, you enter your card details directly with Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us whether your payment went through, and shares limited details such as your name, email address, and the purchase amount so we can match the payment to your order. Stripe's handling of your information is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts, and it does not set cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes basic technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies as described in Stripe's own policy.

How we use Google APIs

We use the Google Ads API to estimate search demand: how often people search for the keywords and in the locations that are relevant to your report. To do this, we send Google keywords and locations based on your intake answers, and Google returns estimated search volumes. Those estimates appear in your report, labeled as estimates.

We do not send your name, email address, or payment information to Google as part of this process. You do not sign in with Google to use Find My Customers, and we do not access your Google account.

Find My Customers' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run Find My Customers, such as Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), and the providers we use to generate and deliver your report by email. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• With Google, as described above, limited to keywords and locations.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

How long we keep information

We keep your intake answers and your report for up to 24 months after your purchase, so we can resend your report and answer support questions. After that, we delete them. We keep records of payments for as long as tax and accounting laws require. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, except for records we're legally required to keep.

Your choices and how to request deletion

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@findmycustomers.net from the email address you used for your order, with the subject line "Delete my data" (or "Access my data"). We may ask you to confirm your identity. We'll respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

Find My Customers is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
