Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Find My Customers, including the website at findmycustomers.net and the reports we provide (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Lew Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or buying a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Find My Customers provides a market research report for small businesses. You answer a short form about your business, pay a one-time fee shown at checkout, and receive a report as a PDF. The report describes likely customer segments, demographics, interests, locations, media habits, and buying behavior, and includes suggested audience settings for advertising on Google and Meta.

2. Your information

You agree to give accurate information in the intake form. The report is based on what you tell us, so incomplete or inaccurate answers will affect the results. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

3. Payment and no refunds

The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, including if you change your mind or disagree with the report's findings. If your report isn't delivered, or if it's delivered with a technical problem (for example, a file that won't open), contact support@findmycustomers.net and we'll resend or fix it.

4. Estimates are directional, not guaranteed

Reports combine public government data with estimates and suggestions. Each number is labeled as measured, estimated, or suggested. Estimates, such as search demand and ad reach, are modeled figures, not exact counts. Suggestions are our recommendations based on the data. All of it is meant to guide your decisions, not to guarantee results. We don't promise any particular sales, leads, ad performance, or business outcome, and government data may contain errors or be revised after publication. You're responsible for how you use the report and for your own business decisions.

5. Your license to the report

Once you've paid, you may use your report for your own business, including sharing it with your employees, contractors, and advisers. You may not resell, republish, or distribute the report, or any part of it, as a product or service of your own. We keep all rights in the Service, our methods, and our templates.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Give false information or impersonate another person or business
• Use the Service or a report for anything unlawful, including discriminatory targeting that violates law or advertising-platform policies
• Try to scrape, reverse-engineer, overload, or interfere with the Service
• Use automated means to submit intake forms or purchase reports without our permission
• Resell or redistribute reports, except as allowed in section 5

We may refuse or cancel an order, or suspend access, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe for payments and Google for search-demand estimates. Using the audience settings in your report on Google, Meta, or other platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms and policies. We're not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lew Holdings, LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Service or any report. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report the claim relates to.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lew Holdings, LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to purchases made after that date.
